"First There." Combat Controllers go in ahead of everyone else, often by air, to open assault zones and airfields in hostile territory, control the air traffic, and call in fires. Before the rest of the force arrives, CCT is already on the ground.

The back of this tee shows a Combat Controller standing on a night assault zone, marker lights glowing, with turboprop aircraft roaring in behind him, over a bold "FIRST THERE" with a star.
