All orders are shipped using standard ground shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. Depending on your shipping address, order size, order weight, and carrier availability, your order may be shipped through one of the following carriers:
UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Shipping.
We reserve the right to select the carrier that provides the most reliable and efficient delivery service for your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on factors such as the delivery address, package dimensions, package weight, and selected shipping method.
The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before your order is submitted. By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Free Shipping Offers
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping may be available through newsletter sign-up, promotional campaigns, or the use of an eligible discount code.
Free shipping offers are subject to the terms of the promotion, including any minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or shipping destination restrictions. Free shipping discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, sales events, holidays, or severe weather events, processing and delivery times may be delayed.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination, carrier, and other factors outside of our control. Standard ground shipping delivery estimates will be provided by the carrier when available.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier. You may also contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request delivery details.
We will assist where possible, but lost or stolen package claims may be subject to the policies of the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue and assist with next steps.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, carrier rules, or destination. We reserve the right to cancel or modify shipping options for orders that cannot be fulfilled using available carriers.
At this time, we ship to the US, UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping rate unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier availability.
