Who We Are

IronSight Syndicate is a veteran-owned apparel and lifestyle brand built for those who believe in service, sacrifice, freedom, and the warrior spirit.

Founded by a combat veteran, Nate Harlan, the brand was born from a lifetime of leadership, service, and commitment to the values learned in the military. Nate served 15 years in the United States Army Infantry, including two combat deployments to Iraq, leading soldiers in positions ranging from Team Leader to Company Commander. After military service, he spent nearly two decades leading teams and organizations in the civilian sector while continuing to live by the principles that shaped him in uniform.

As a husband and father of six, Nate understands the importance of family, responsibility, and leaving a legacy worth passing on to the next generation. Those values are woven into everything IronSight Syndicate represents.

Our mission is simple: create apparel, hats, flags, and gear that honor veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement officers, first responders, and patriots who understand that service is more than a job—it is a way of life.

Inspired by military history, combat-arms culture, and the enduring American spirit, our designs are created with purpose and built to represent courage, resilience, and brotherhood.

More Than Merchandise

IronSight Syndicate is built to be more than an apparel brand—it's a resource for the community it serves. We know firsthand how difficult the transition out of the military can be, and how much time gets wasted chasing down the right benefit, the right program, or the right point of contact. So alongside our products, we publish blogs and articles aimed at guiding service members through transition—covering the practical, often confusing steps that come with leaving the military—and we build out guides and resources to help veterans find what they actually need, without the runaround.

Giving Back

Part of our mission is putting the business itself to work for the veteran community. As IronSight Syndicate grows, we're committed to giving back to veteran charities that support the men and women who served. In July, we donated products to the Rota EOD Memorial auction, supporting the Naval Special Operations Foundation and the EOD Warrior Foundation—two organizations doing real work for the EOD and special operations community and the families behind them. It's the first of many ways we intend to put our success back into the hands of the people who earned it.

IronSight Syndicate is more than a brand. It's a community of people who believe that character matters, freedom must be protected, and the legacy of those who served should never be forgotten.

Welcome to the Syndicate.
