More Than Just a Deck of Cards
Playing cards have a deep and storied history in American military culture. During the Vietnam War, Special Forces and other units famously deployed the Ace of Spades as a psychological warfare tool — known as "death cards." Soldiers would leave them on fallen enemies or scatter them in the jungle, as Vietnamese folklore associated the card with death and bad luck. The practice became so widespread that the United States Playing Card Company shipped entire decks consisting solely of Aces of Spades to troops upon request.
These cards honor that legacy, combining premium playability with a design that pays tribute to the warriors who carried that tradition.
